Teresa Floyd Daniels, age 58 of Coward, SC, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2020 at the McLeod Hospice House after a long battle with breast cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Kingstree, SC, the daughter of the late Ligett and Doris McDonald Floyd. She is predeceased by a brother, Marty Anderson. Teresa is survived by her husband of sixteen years, James Daniels, four children, Jami Perry (BJ Beard), Kelly Dick (John), Christopher Payne (Christel) and Jessica Moore (Brett), three grandchildren, Olivia Perry, Jaxon Brown and Alice Moore, one brother Clifton Anderson and one sister, Faye Grice (James).
Teresa loved baking and cooking. She loved carrying on the tradition of getting her children together for Sunday dinner, as her mother did. She enjoyed watching crime shows, gardening and took delight in caring for her cats. Her greatest joy in life was being a wife, mother and grandmother.
The family would like to express their upmost gratitude to the staff of Hope Health and the McLeod Oncology department, specifically Dr. Nicholas Licari and Dr. Rajesh Bajaj.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is honored to serve the Daniels family. The family asks that memorials be made in her honor to the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Fund, 13770 Noel Rd, Suite 801889, Dallas, TX 75380.
