Ramona R. Briggs

Our loving sister, Ramona R Briggs, age 62 of North Myrtle Beach, SC, was received into the welcoming arms of our Lord on September 6, 2020.

Ramona was born in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada and immigrated to the United States in 1974 and worked as a professional legal assistant until her early retirement in 2011.  She enjoyed decorating homes and gardening.

Ramona was married to Richard (Nick) Briggs and enjoyed spending most of her time with her husband and their precious little dog, Jax.

Ramona is survived by her husband Richard (Nick) Briggs, her brother, Joe Nymeyer and his wife Pat Dilly, sister, Diana J Kilburn and her husband Michael, sister, Renate Magniarini and her husband Albert, brother, Leonard  Nymeyer and his wife Darlene, two step children, Niki Voudren and her husband Eric, Shane Briggs and his wife Genevieve and their two children, Olivia and Max and many nieces and nephews.

Ramona is preceded in death by her father, George Nymeyer and her mother, Christina Majek.

A private memorial is scheduled for Saturday September 19, 2020 in Davidson, NC where, at her request, her ashes will be forever linked with her mother, Christina Majek. Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is honored to serve the Briggs Family.
