Obituary

Lemaster Glenn Cain, 72, of Pamplico, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at his residence.  He was born in Lake City, SC, a son of the late Lemaster Gussie Cain and Mary Cockfield Cain.  In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by two brothers, Edward Cain and Deland Cain. 

Mr. Cain served proudly served his country as a medic specialist in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  After his active-duty service in the Army, he served many years in the US Air Force Reserves.  He was an avid reader, enjoyed fishing and loved all animals, especially his feline companions. 

He is survived by his sister, Delmarie Cain Rose and a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. 

A private family service will be held at a later date in the Gaskins Family Cemetery.  Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is honored to serve the Cain family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
