Kimmie A. Dennis

Mrs. Kimmie A Dennis, 60, passed away, Friday, April 8, 2022, at MUSC Florence after an illness.  She was born in Moncks Corner, SC, a daughter of Carol Holton Paul (Bill) and the late David F. Ringley.  In addition to her father, she is also predeceased by her mother and father-in-law, Dot and RW Dennis.

Kimmie enjoyed fishing and bingo and was the best mother and wife in the world.  She loved her family and friends and would give you the shirt off of her back.

Surviving is her husband, Robert Scott Dennis; two daughters, Kerri Elizabeth Baylor (Jessica McDaniel) and Katrina Baylor Beasley (Anthony); three sisters, Bobbie Teal (Rickey), Lisa Springs (Chuck) and Teresa Watkins; one brother, David Ringley (Miranda); stepbrother, Jeff Smith (Debra); stepsister, Angie Turbeville (Jimmie); four grandchildren, Logan Beasley, Connor Beasley, Annabelle Williamson and Preston Williamson; step-mother, Alice Ringley; and a number of cousins, nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 Pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Cain Calcutt Funeral Home. 

The family would like to extend special thanks to friends, Beth and Amanda, and the nurses at MUSC, Melanie and Brandon, for the care and love given to Kimmie.
