Alma Fore Obituary

Alma Edgerton Fore, 94, of Florence, SC, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021. She was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of the late John William and Alma Smith Edgerton. She is also predeceased by her husband, Thomas Ellie Fore, II and a son, John Austin Fore. She was a member of Quinby United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Harriett Fore and Anna Fore Cribb; a son, Thomas Ellie Fore, III (Gloria); nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the family wishes not to have a public viewing or service. They will hold a private service at Mount Hope Cemetery. Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is honored to serve the Fore family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Quinby United Methodist Church.
