Earl J. Wiggins

Earl J. Wiggins, 82, of Florence, passed away early Sunday morning, August 5, 2018, at his residence.  Earl was born in Marion County, a son of the late Hannibal and Creesie Cooper Wiggins.  He served his country in the US Army and retired from Montgomery Ward Furniture Company.  Earl loved his family, fishing, traveling and was a true “Jack of All Trades”. 

He is preceded in death in addition to his parents by his wife, Nell Floyd Wiggins and eight siblings.

He is survived by a daughter, Crystal Wiggins (Chad) Bryant, his seven grandchildren, Ethan, Devin, Ava, Dylan, Isaac, Faith and Stonewall, a sister, Ann Toniolo and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service, with military honors, will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 11, 2018 in the chapel of Cain Calcutt Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends immediately following the services at the funeral home.
