Cain Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home offers a wide selection of caskets, casket vaults, urns and urn vaults manufactured by several of the nationally recognized leaders in the industry, as well as many selections from reputable, top quality manufacturers right here in the Southeast.
Caskets
Caskets are constructed of two types of materials, metal or wood. The metals group includes Bronze, Copper, Stainless Steel and Steel. The wood group includes Walnut, Mahogany, Cherry, Pecan, Oak, Pine and Poplar.
Outer Containers
For earth burial most cemeteries and memorial parks require the casket be placed in an outer container. These are constructed of various thicknesses of concrete with built-in liners or various thicknesses of steel.
Urns
Families selecting cremation may select an urn made of Wood, Bronze, Engineered Stone, Pewter, Ceramic or Slate. Cemeteries or memorial parks may require an urn vault for earth burial of ashes. These are made of Marbelon, Concrete or other materials.
